The pulsing GREEN light means the mesh device is upgrading firmware. Depending on your internet connection this should only take a few minutes. If it continues to pulse for an extended amount of time, unplug it- move it closer to the main router (if using wireless connection for your mesh system) and plug back in. Let it complete the firmware upgrade and then move it back to the desired place.

Once the firmware update is complete, your Deco node should reboot, and devices should reconnect automatically. Our support team is always available and happy to assist with any questions you may have about our products. Feel free to contact us through any of the resources provided with the product or on our official website, and a Support Agent will follow up with you directly. Thank you, TP-Link Systems Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is possible that the Deco XE75 is upgrading the firmware and once the update is done, will allow devices to reconnect. If it does not, you can look into the Deco app to see if it is completed. You can go into the More / System menu to do updates, reboot, etc. I have mine scheduled to Reboot at 4a daily to keep things fresh. :)
