I could not find the brightness rating on the Kasa web site, but according to techhive this bulb (the KL50) produces 600 lumens. That's the equivalent of a 45W conventional light bulb.

i'm not sure about the lumens/wattage (that info can probably be found on the tp-link website), but as far as controlling dimming through your voice, that is possible. i can say, "hey google, set the bedroom lights to 50%" and it totally works.

Yes, if you have an Amazon Alexa the bulb can be dimmed by saying, "Alexa Desk Lamp 25%". I don't know what that equates to in lumens as the dimmable command/feature is only set up as percentage’s %.
