if you have use Apple HomeKit in your house and Philips Hue Bridge, and Philips motion sensor, you can set up an automation in Homekit to trigger the TP-Link Kasa Plug

Not sure how accurate it is. Apple HomeKit has the same feature I believe if you set up scenes for the plug, for example you can set it to turn on to 70% light when you arrive home or turn off when you leave home
