• Hi! As long as your home's Wi-Fi router provides an encrypted (password protected) 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network within range of the Smart Plug's installation location, it should work just fine.

• You have to have a 2.4 ghz band but it should work. I have Windstream Kinetic Fiber but use my own Orbi RBK50 mesh system.
