Yes it can be mounted on the wall.

Yes. You can mount to a wall or ceiling as is typical with most security cameras. I have one of mine mounted to the ceiling with the power wire neatly tucked through a small hole right next to it. Power is provided via a standard electrical plug outlet in the attic.
