Does the Kasa Spot pan tilt camera have continuous panning? I noticed that it will only pan when motion is detected. I was hoping that it would constantly pan. null

You can set up to 4 diff points to be panned. The app lets you set the points and interval timing. But the app cautions about over taxing the motor/mechanism...such as constant panning might do.

There's pan settings you set inside the app. Up to Four spots, and you can have it go from spot to spot every few minutes, hourly, etc. But they do caution that excessive panning does task the motor/mechanism.

You can pick designated spots you want it to see (the dots on the top of the camera window) I think they call them viewpoints then put the camera in patrol mode from the app
