• Yes. I have two I just installed last week and it works well. It can detects motion and sound and has good night viewing capability. I used the 115V plugs the past and also had no issue. Wifi was easy to set up.

• I think so. This is the only 360 camera that Best Buy has on it's shelf and the pan and tilt would come in handy if the elderly person goes out of the frame or if someone else were to enter their house or room.
