It does not. It only needs to use the little red night vision lights. Good picture, it just didn't last very long.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have two of these pan & tilt cameras set up in my basement where there is no light at night at all. There is no flash it has 5 red infrared LED's that enable the camera to light up the room in black & white. What is weird is at the far distance of the field of view it looks like the light is on. I am very happy with the quality of the video.
