• Yes, in the setting it has the option for reverse imaging for inverting. It also comes with a mounting plate.

• Absolutely it can. In fact, that's how I have mine installed since the camera rotation covers a much better radius that way. The camera's firmware will allow you to re-orient the image displayed, based on how it's mounted to the wall/ceiling
