can this be used with a PC null

I have not been able to find the Kasa app in the Windows store, not sure if available on an Apple. I use the Kasa app on my Iphone and it works great! I have not been able to find a way to view on my PC

The Kasa Spot Pan and Tilt camera is designed for use with the Kasa app on a compatible smartphone, not with a PC.
