• I'm not sure if you could have lots and lots of people watching it at once, but a few people in my family can open the app at once to check on our dog at home and it works fine

• Kasa cams are registered specifically to your Kasa account. For more than one person to view the camera, they would each need to have the Kasa app installed on their phones, and be logged in using your Kasa account.
