“How do I reset my kasa spot pan and tilt to factory settings. I set it up at a different location and now I can't get it to work on a different wifi. I keeps shutting my wifi off and wants me to choose kasa pan tilt wifi which there isn't any wifi with it”

To reset, you need to have a pin, just move the camera up vertically and there's a hole, insert the pin and push for a few seconds

Please try again later.To reset: there is a reset button under the lens, hold it for about a minute and it will flash orange, once you do that, unplug it for about a minute and repeat the pairing process. Also make sure whatever device you are using to use the camera is on the same wifi signal, just fyi it will not pick up 5g.
