• Yes you can. I have 5 cameras and can see all 5 on my phone.

• At the same time?? Certainly you can have multiple cameras installed and selectable with the KASA Smart App, but I haven't tried viewing two at once. Frankly, my phone doesn't have enough screen if it is possible. I do know you can get alerts from multiple cameras.
