I am also getting the same issue. It appears to be a phone model issue. My husband has a Samsung Galaxy S22 and it works fine for him when he pushes the mic and talks. However, I have a Samsung ZFlip 3 and it does not work at all when I press the mic button....Seems like Kasa needs to update their comparability.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My wife and I were having this problem. The issue appears to occur only when you are not connected to Wi-Fi. Doesn't have to be your own Wi-Fi, but you do appear to need to be on a Wi-Fi network in order to send audio to the kasa device.
