I have a double switch that I purchased from Homedepot. I imagine a 3 plate switch from Homedepot or Loews will do the job. The only small problem is: it’s not as nice looking as the original switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used a regular three paddle switch plate that you can find at any hardware store. Just don't tight the screws on the switch to much because the switches themselves won't line up quite right.
