You can adjust it but not via that measure it self, so you can change the color or brightness but you would have to somehow measure it externally to identify that is within that range.

The Kasa Smart app allows you to use a color wheel and brightness slider to determine your ideal settings. Adjustments via nm are not a current feature of the bulb or app. Regards, TP-Link Support
