“Will this help boost the signal on my cellphones dont have regular internet?”

• I have no idea, but I doubt it. It hasn't boosted the signal to my wifi cameras and that's what I got it for. The manufacturer has tech support call and ask them.

• I don’t believe so, how would you connect it too your phone Wifi. The purpose of it boost the signal throughout your home, so I believe you would need a Internet service.
