I’m in the same scenario, I made a wireless bridge with 2 nano brand antennas and created a separate network for the shed. One antenna is in the house and one is in the window of the shed supply internet to a second router out there. This is like having a wireless cable across the yard.

You may want to consider a top-notch replacement router or a mesh WiFi system. A 200 foot Ethernet cable would be the best option if it's feasible to run a wire that far.
