Yes, the N450 WiFi router can easily support a few devices. However, please bear in mind that dorm environments are typically over-saturated with 2.4GHz WiFi congestion, so we highly recommend optimizing the router's WiFi channel settings upon installation for best results. My Xbox, Switch, smart tv, wife’s laptop, both our phones, and a guest phone. Usually 4 of those at once. You’ll likely be capped by your the download speed you pay for through your internet service provider before hitting the max of this router (300 Mb/s if I remember correctly)
