Can this operate the light switch on the wall plate that's for the ceiling fan? Since I assume all it'd be doing is pushing the switch up (to turn the fan on) and then back down (to turn the fan off). I hope I'm explaining it correctly (see pic)?? null

Hi! Yes, as long as the fan uses a simple On/Off operation and does not exceed the load specifications of the switch: 15A General Use, 600W Incandescent, 120W Ceiling Fan, 1/6 HP Motor.
