• A:Answer Hello Cindy, I am not sure what you mean by a 2-way. There are single-pole, 3-way, and 4-way environments. a single pole is one switch that controls a light or series of lights. a 3-way is the same but has 2 switches that control the same lights or series of lights. If you are asking if this switch can be used in an environment where there are two switches controlling the same light the answer is no. We do have switches that work in a 3-way situation (HS210 and KS230) though.

Q: QuestionTP LINK could save customer hassle by honestly posting Smart Light Switch TS15 requires their WiFi brand light bulb to complete internet based smart switch. Requires WIFI registration AFTER seeing Bluetooth connection. A regular LED bulb won't work.

• A:Answer Hi Ethan, Before attaching the face plate to the switch, you’ll see the Matter numeric code at the bottom of the device. You can also find another Matter setup QR code label in the package, which you can conveniently stick anywhere you like, as needed for initial matter setup. The Tapo TS15 is a single-pole switch and does not support dimming.

Q: Questiondoes this switch work with 5G - such as frontier 500 and does it have a remote other than my phone. Our current smart switch does not support 5G but we have a remote specific to the switch that we currently use.

Q: QuestionCan this operate the light switch on the wall plate that's for the ceiling fan? Since I assume all it'd be doing is pushing the switch up (to turn the fan on) and then back down (to turn the fan off). I hope I'm explaining it correctly (see pic)??

Q: QuestionIf I have a lost internet connection and I don't have a failover connection can this switch be operated manually? Will it work with the Kasa app I already have?
