If you are having difficulty connecting the Tapo Smart Light Switch to your network, please ensure your phone is not connecting through a VPN during setup, as a VPN connection will interfere with the onboarding process. - Answer Hi! Yes, it can be used with LED bulbs as long as they are within the supported specifications of the light switch: 15A General Use, 600W Incandescent, 120W Ceiling Fan, 1/6 HP Motor. - Answer The face plates are affixed using plastic tabs and can be removed by gently pulling the top, or the bottom, of the faceplate away from the housing. Once one end is removed, the other can be removed easily.

Questionis this switch controllable with the app in Both the off and on position? I seem to have issues with my smart bulbs and non smart switches by turning the light switch off out of habit and I'm wondering if this product will fix that problem.

- Answer Yes. Its a tap on and tap off spring loaded momentary contact. So the switch will visually remain in the "on" position. With the app you can turn on and off remotely.

Questionwill you be offering these products in colors other than white? My house is solely "light" almond" switches, outlets, and plates. I've used your white switches in my garage only, but would go much further if you offered more then white. Thanks,
