• Hi, Once the extender is set up and connected to your router, your devices can roam between the main network and extended network connections. If you assigned the same SSID (Wi-Fi name) to both networks, roaming between them should be automatic for your devices.

• One may connect to the main or the extender, depending on where one is located; the whole point of the extender is to extend the wifi coverage, so one may connect to the extender when out of coverage of the main
