• Hi! If only one LED is on, that's likely just the power LED. If you haven't configured the device using the steps outlined in the included Quick Installation Guide, and if the Extended Network LEDs (2.4GHz/5GHz) are not illuminated, please use the included instructions to conveniently connect the extender to your network to enjoy increased Wi-Fi coverage in your home.
