Hi. This is Marco from TracFone Wireless. No. With our Global Calling Card, the call must originate in Puerto Rico and United States only. Calls are billed in one-minute increments. In addition, you cannot use this card to send a text message and our TracFone phones can only be used within the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
