“I have two questions concerning the global card. One is what do you mean by “digital “? The other is can I use the global card to call another cell phone in Japan?”

I do not know, but I do believe that you can use this card to call mobile phones anywhere in the world. I received my card through the mail, but I suspect that "digital" means that you can order it direct on-line.
