Hi. This is Arianne from TracFone Wireless. We would like to inform you that all new Smartphone releases will no longer have the Triple Minute feature. However, as an incentive to our customers, all TracFone customers who upgrade from a feature phone to a Smartphone will get the Triple Minute benefit as a promotion for upgrading to a new Smartphone. Also, if customers currently have the Triple Minute on their Smartphone, it will be transferred to the new Smartphone. Thank you.
