• Hi. This is Janet from TracFone Wireless. In order to keep your service active, you need to add a service plan on or before your service end date. All your unused minutes will carryover for as long as your service is active. If you do not purchase and add airtime prior to the service end date, your Tracfone service will be deactivated on the service end date and you will lose your phone number even if you have minutes remaining. Aside from our 30-day plans, we also have service plans that will give you 60, 90, or 365 days. Have a nice day.
