• Hello. This is Lea from TracFone Wireless. No. Once the plan is already expired, the remaining minutes cannot be used. Hence, the minutes will carry over if you buy another plan before your service end date. Thanks.

• You will have to reactivate the phone and your text minutes will still be there or the remaining text minutes that you haven’t used.

• My understanding is that when your service plan expires, you will not have minutes, data, or texts available, and I am not sure that if you re-instate your service that you will recover any of those items.
