I purchased the same phone. After days of trying to get it to auto rotate I called Tracfone. The lady spent close to an hour trying to find out how to activate it and gave up. She said it was the first phone she had seen that didn't have this feature. I really like the phone but will be taking it back in search of a phone that can be rotated to find a bigger screen to type on.

Please try again later.ROTATION ISSUE....I had the very same problem...You can download a screen rotator from the google app store that will let you rotate the screen either way...its will be called (Switcher for screen rotation) and it will be a small widget that you can put on your front screen it works very well on my phone, its a good little phone and this just makes it even better to be able to rotate it!!! There are other rotator apps, but I liked this one the best!!! :) Hope this helps...
