“i purchased a cell phone less then 60 days ago from best buy now i am having a problem with the battery-it wears down to zero after about one hr . My question is does best buy or alcatel replace the battery if it is at fault? thank u”

I don't have that kind of problem with the phone as yet. The problem I am having is that the minutes done very fast.
