I verified this Tracfone Santos! The phone came as for the Verizon network, so i tried a relatives activated Tracfone AT&T SIM card in this phone and it recognizes the card and gives a cell signal while making a call. So this phone is like no other Tracfone has put out in the past as it receives all the signals listed in the question and even Sprint towers as well!

I purchased this phone here and verified you can activate a Nano sized GSM Tracfone SIM card and place in it and select AT&T as the carrier to use with Tracfone, giving you service. I have researched this further and this phone, Alcatel a405dl model sold here, and a couple other Tracfones will all activate to at least Verizon, AT&T and Tmobile, maybe Sprint! This model also has the Tmobile ringtone to use.
