Best buy will move all your pictures, text and contacts, but they don't call Tracfone to activate your sim card, they call Apple) (when I changed mine this year) when I got home I contacted Tracfone to have them activate the sim card, and they then rolled everything over as far as data, minutes and text. (Best Buy will call Apple and have them activate your phone but you have to call Tracfone to have them activate the sim card to get your data, minutes and text moved to your new phone.
