I am a little confused. Previously, I was told this phone could be used with Safelink, but now I am told it cannot be used with Safelink. I contacted TracFone and they are telling me that all their phones are compatible with Safelink. Can someone clarify? null

I too have an IPhone 13 from Best Buy & was told by Safelink it was compatible after giving them IMEI. Well the phone doesn’t work after 6 hours on the phone with Safelink. I am now with no cell at all!
