• Starting 1/1/2021 no GSM or 3g or 4g device will work on Tracfone's network. All devices need to be Voice over LTE. The networks are being ungraded to handle the new 5g speeds. I use Iphone and the watch must be used with a phone in your pocket, or very close by. Via Bluetooth. I just replaced 3 old Iphones in my account. Iphones must be a 6 or newer. Hope this helps.
