You will need to use safelinks compatible phone checker on their website, and if it is compatible, you can proceed with the option to have a Sims sent to your address, as long as you are signed in to your account and your address is up to date, you will get it within 10 days and you will be able to use your new phone... On a side note, you can temporarily lose your phone service when they send you a new sims, due to your service being transferred and activated on the new one...
