“I currently have an att prepaid phone I want to switch companies. Can I keep same number or do I have to get new number? I don't like att plans and they told me the plan I have will be going away next year and I have to upgrade.”

I was able to take my phone number and it got transferred within 30 minutes. I had Boost mobile. However, you have to have your account number and information for TracFone to do it.
