• 1st. try another charger. It may be your charger has gone bad. 2nd it may be the battery. Most likely you will need to contact Tracfone customer service for a replacement. 3rd. The phone may be issue. Most Tracfone generally have a 1 Year warranty. You will need to contact Tracfone customer service and arrange for an RMA/Replacement.
