You can buy at many stores locally or thru Tracfone. a card for as many minutes or time period you prefer up to a year, then just load the code # from the card on the phone.

Prepaid service lets you pay in advance for monthly voice, text and data services for your mobile device. There's no credit check, deposit or long-term contract required, like you'd have with a standard account (which gives you a bill for your usage at the end of each month). This phone does not come with minutes. You have to purchase one separately.
