“Can I download WeChat app to this phone? WeChat application is important for me to have and I just want to make sure my next phone is capable of using this. I am not sure if WeChat is available from Google store or not. Also I have an old flip Tracfone with over 1000 minutes on it but it's not smartphone, can I transfer all my remaining minutes over if I buy this phone? Thanks.”

Well I'm not sure about the WeChat, but you should be able to because you can download most items. And your minutes on the old phone WILL transfer over to the new one.
