Here's the deal. Verizon bought Tracfone in November of 2021 but this phone was released in June 2019. It can use 2 LTE bands on Verizon's network but was designed to be used on AT&T's because it can use all of their LTE bands. The phone has no CDMA radio but has a GSM radio. However AT&T said they shut off their GSM towers on Feb 22nd & all calls should now use VoLTE. Hope this helps your confusion.
