It cannot be used with IPhones android auto only.

Yes, you can use your phone with Motorola Carplay, to connect a Motorola phone to a car using Android Auto, you can use the Motorola MA1 wireless adapter or plug your phone into the car's USB port. Use the Motorola MA1 wireless adapter Plug the MA1 adapter into the car's Android Auto-enabled USB port. Pair your phone to the MA1 adapter using Bluetooth. Look for "AndroidAuto" under Settings > Bluetooth on your phone. Plug your phone into the car's USB port Plug a USB cable into your vehicle's USB port.
