Hi. This is Jhyzel from TracFone Wireless. For a new phone, the Moto G Power 5G is okay, but double-check it works with AT&T (it has to be the AT&T version and unlocked). Other options? Anything from Alcatel, Nokia, or even older Motorola or Samsung models. Just make absolutely sure it's AT&T compatible. Check online or at an AT&T store. To keep your number, don't cancel your GoPhone service yet! Get the new phone, then contact AT&T. They'll walk you through transferring your service and number to the new phone.
