Sure you can but if it is from a tracfone smartphone, tracfone has to change the amount that goes to a feature phone which you would probably end up with 1/3 of your minutes but keep all your time. If it is from a feature phone exact amounts will transfer. you can transfer from a call to us, our online page www.tracfone.com or also online @ our page via a chat which most customers like doing because they can get there balances to later verify new device and balances were correctly transferred. We may have different policy with this new phone because it has internet text and minutes and will be counted as a smartphone.
