• Yes it does. There is a dark bar that goes across the top face of one of your home screens. It contains 5 icons - the one for Bluetooth is the second from the left as you face the phone. Tap this icon once to turn it on or off.

• yes it has Bluetooth. It is a nice phone ---when it works.
