• you can transfer your phone number. Check with your carrier if you want to keep your current service as they may not support this phone, but this phone is supported by verison. your other choice is to cancel your service but only if you want to use this phone using either a monthly plan or a prepaid service and minutes card. Call tracfone for information about your best options depending on your usage. cancal your current plan only after you decide to go with tracfone. If tracfone is not better than the plan you have now ask your provider about upgrade options.
