• I was able to transfer my minutes, usage days, etc over from my old Tracfone phone. The phone does not come with minutes so either transfer over or purchase new. One tip... when I was changing out the phone online, the Tracfone website said that I could not transfer over my minutes so I called Tracfone support. The agent on the phone said no problem and transferred them over for me.

• Good day, CK. In order to activate the phone, you may transfer the minutes and phone number from another phone. As well, you could use a TracFone service card and choose a new number.
