I ordered this phone online and not really sure about your pictures and music but they will transfer your number and minutes for you. You should call them to get the best answer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to transfer the minutes and phone number without Geek Squad help - directions are provided by Tracfone. My previous phone was a basic flip phone, so regarding pictures - I don't know. Why not just ask the Geek Squad and be sure to give them the exact Samsung model (Galaxy Core Prime)?

Please try again later.Though I've never done a number transfer Trac Fone I think does that for you when you call them to register your new phone.They will transfer your old phone's number to your new Trac Fone if you want to keep your existing number.I think transfer of minutes from old to new can also be done while registering your new phone.I don't know about pictures and I don't think the Geek Squad helps with new TracFone accounts---but if you are buying the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime in the store and not online you can find that out in the store while your there.I did'n't transfer my old number when I registered my Galaxy I just got the one they gave me. Hope this helped.
