• It depends if it is programmed for your area or not. Get it (DO NOT OPEN THE BOX) and call tracfone with the numbers on the bottom of the box. They will tell you if it works or not. If it does not work then take it back to best buy. Trackfone uses different programming and carriers depending on your area, they use Verizon in my area. This phone is so worth checking it out.
