Q: QuestionSince there are no new unlocked Samsung J2 phones available on your site. Are these Tracfone Samsung Galaxy J2 phones new?

• A:Answer Purchased my phone new in box in store Best Buy. Associate there downloaded info from old phone and loaded a 256GB sd card, too. Phone is great. J2s available on TracFone website.
